Shri S.V.R. Srinivas,IAS
General ManagerShri S.V.R. Srinivas belongs to Indian Administrative Service (1991 batch) with more than 20 years of experience in Urban Infrastructure, Urban Transport, Metro Railways & Urban Planning. He has held Senior leadership positions in Brihanmumbai Municipal Corporation (BMC), Mumbai Metropolitan Region Development Authority (MMRDA) & Maharashtra State Road Development Corporation Limited (MSRDC). Presently, Shri. S.V.R. Srinivas is the Chief Executive Officer & Officer on Special Duty (ACS) of the Dharavi Redevelopment Project , the world's largest urban renewal scheme. He is also holding additional charge of the post of General Manager, Brihan Mumbai Electric Supply & Transport Undertaking w.e.f. 06.02.2025.
He has held decades of Apex Leadership positions in Infrastructure hands on in Urban Planning & Urban Renewal Housing, Finance Urban Infra & Projects Structuring, Planning & Execution. He has worked extensively in Commissioning Complex Mega Projects & successfully held multistakeholder engagements including International Funding Agencies & Global Corporates to successfully execute projects used by millions daily.

Shri. Bilal Shaikh is the Assistant General Manager (Electric Supply) of BEST Undertaking. Shri. Bilal Shaikh joined the service of BEST Undertaking on 31.05.1988. He acquired a Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Power Systems from Amravati University in the year 1987. He also possesses a Post Graduate Diploma in Electricity Regulations.
His technical expertise of 35 years acquired through years of experience in various key departments coupled with efficient management skills has made him capable of ensuring reliable and efficient electric supply to the consumers in the island city of Mumbai.

Shri A Shrinivasrao Vithal Rao Assistant General Manager (TE) looking after Transportation Engineering Department of the B.E.S.& T. Undertaking. Shri A S Rao joined the services of the B.E.S. & T. Undertaking in Transportation Engineering Department as Probationary Engineer on 03.12.1990. He acquired Bachelor of Engineering in Automobile with 1 st Class with Honors from Mumbai University.
His technical experience of 33 years acquired through years of experience in various key departments coupled with efficient management skills has made him capable of ensuring reliable and efficient management for smooth functioning of Transportation Engineering Department of the B.E.S. & T. Undertaking.
